Ohhh this is nice.  Hopefully this helps people understand why I don’t hesitate to remark that different portions of Texas are different from others (and why the prospect of driving somewhere doesn’t phase me until you tell me it’ll take about 12 hours, 12 is getting a bit long even for me). Other fun factoid: it takes longer to drive from Houston to El Paso than it does Houston to Chicago.  As in Chicago, Illinois. ^^^^^ AAAAAAUGH.
