GOP plan to prove voter fraud:
Step 1: Claim wide spread voter fraud and ignore all studies to the contrary.
Step 2: Pass legislation requiring the presentation of “I.D.” when voting, disenfranchising millions of young, elderly and minority voters.
Step 3: Declare that the voter I.D. is not required during primaries being run by your party.
Step 4: Commit wide spread voter fraud.
Step 5: Insist that we need to require voter I.D. to prevent the fraud we just witnessed.
Repeat as needed.
