Is this a joke.Yeah let’s coddle the serial killers and the rapists too. If you hurt their feefees they might do it more. Encourage them instead to reduce the number of murders and rapes they partake in. Remind them that we respect their decisions to kill people. Otherwise we might look like the bad people. Remember that killing people is a personal decision that in no way negatively impacts anyone else.
Killing a person affects the person killed. Point to the person affected by killing a cow.

So put your money where your mouth is… don’t just leave your awesome point implied, spell it out.
We don’t kill people because that does affect people.

If you can’t answer that question, then I’m very sorry, but your awesome point is actually a total red herring.
If you can’t understand why vegans think most meat-eaters are shit people, here is a prime example. Your apathy and self-centered lifestyle is putrescent to me.
Hey, weren’t you the person who thought my post about productivity vs. value was about saying that you personally needed to hire people who refuse to work? Talk about putrescent levels of self-centeredness!
Seriously, though, self-centered would be me saying it’s okay to hurt or kill other people, but it’s different if it’s me. I’m not saying that at all. My stance on killing applies to all people equally.
You think that animals and people are equivalent (except when this is inconvenient for your viewpoint). That’s fine for you, but you couldn’t make an argument based on that idea and expect it to be compelling even if you were consistent on the point. If you want anyone who isn’t already right there on the same page with you to take anything away from the post I excerpted from you above, then you have to establish how killing a cow is like killing a person. Just saying WELL IT IS leaves you open to the comparison of bears and serial killers that you so objected to.
